TARPON TARPON TARPON, what else can I say!
-Skyway: Pass crabs is the way to go on the hill tides drifting through the stalls. North and south end our loaded. On the regular tides, cut up some threadfins and get a nice chum slick going, they will eat just as well.
-Beaches: All the up the central west coast you can find pod of 2 to 20 fish in four to six feet cruising the beaches. We have been throwing both artificial and live bait, depending on the day you can get two to ten fish in the air.
-Flats: As the warmer water comes in the fish will begin to migrate to the shallow flats where they can easily be picked of with fly or artificial. Wait a couple weeks and the flats will be in full swing.
